Products with major defects will be refunded only. As all the items are handmade , so minor design errors are not considered as defects.Slight color difference will not be considered a valid criteria for return. Customized orders will not be refunded.

 

In the rare case if you would want a refund for your product, it will be processed within 3 working days to you after we receive the ordered product back along with its invoice.
